Statistical Process Control in Injection Molding - Interactive Training Program (SPCIM©) (#0180)
Developed by SPE and Chris Rauwendaal (2001). Program includes 9 sessions on CD-Rom and Statistical Process Control in Injection Molding and Extrusion book by Chris Rauweldaal. Member $2,599; Non-Member $2,900. See the listing below for Mini-Sessions of SPCIM. This program is delivered using PowerPoint™ (PPT) software by Microsoft. Fact Sheet available upon request.

The SPC in injection molding interactive training program, developed by Rauwendaal Extrusion Engineerins, Inc., for SPE, is designed for injection molding operating personnel, process engineers and quality control personnel. The objective is to provide a thorough understanding of injection molding machiens and how they work, while teaching the main principles of statistical process control for efficient implementation in injection molding operations.

The program is fully interactive for students while allowing the training coordinator to track the student's progress. Each CD-ROM consists of graphics, illustrations, photos, video clips, and 2D and 3D animations of injection molding machinery with full narration.
