Abstract:
Successful productivity results depend on a sophisticated integration
of many organizational systems. This webinar will discuss how Productivity
Systems Architecture can have a tremendous positive effect on your
organization’s bottom line. And, not just the financial bottom
line - but customer satisfaction, employee development and effective
internal processes bottom lines as well. PSA links together compensation,
reward and recognition, performance review, strategic planning,
process improvement, and corrective action in a way that contributes
to employee professional development, improves organizational productivity
goal achievement and reduces legal liability by insuring fair workplace
practices.
