| The conference fee is
US $495 for early registration, prior to April 30, 2004, and US $545
for regular and on-site registration. The student fee is a general
rate of US $250. The fees will include a copy of the conference proceedings
and meals including breakfast, lunch, coffee/tea breaks each day,
one banquet and opening reception on Sunday. Special housing arrangement
is made for the participants at a special rate (US $70-$89/day + tax)
in the hotels located in close proximity of the conference site (including
the conference hotel).
Courtesy transportation will be available from the airport to the
hotel.
