Authors should submit abstracts in the text form only of up to 1000 words electronically to the Regional Scientific Committee member geographically close to them. Also, submit your abstract to the secured ASME website - email fuelcell@asme.org to obtain your username and password.

The abstract should have:

• The complete title of the paper, the names of all authors, their affiliation, city and country, and e-mail addresses,
• Identify the corresponding author with his/her name, complete mailing address, phone and fax numbers.

The abstract should clearly state the objectives, results and conclusions. The papers will go through a peer review of the complete manuscript. The accepted papers will be prepared electronically in the pre-specified format in English only.
