The Federal 100 recognizes individuals from government, industry and academia who significantly influenced how the federal government used, bought or managed information technology in the previous year. Federal 100 winners are recognized for their risk-taking, vision and pioneering spirit in the federal IT community.
A panel of judges will choose the winners using the following set of guidelines. Click here to browse the 2003 Federal 100 winners.
Judges also will choose from the list of winners an individual from a government agency to receive the Monticello Award, which recognizes an information system that directly improved the welfare of Americans.
