Oasis Buys Sunroc

Two of the industry’s oldest manufacturers of water dispensing products are becoming one. Columbus, Ohio-based Oasis Corp. announced the acquisition of Sunroc Corp. of Dover, Del. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. Oasis has annual gross sales of more than $175 million, was founded in 1910 and employs 1,000 people. Sunroc was formed in 1922, has annual sales of $50 million and employs 300 people.
