U.S. Army In Court Over Bid Mistakes

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is in court regarding the first of five pilot projects using an Internet reverse auction, according to the MCA of Minnesota. The project is a residential facility at the St. Paul Air Force Reserve Station. At issue is how to reconcile reverse auction procedures with federal acquisition regulations on correcting mistakes in bids.
